PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on yayoi.eu
All products remain YAYOI property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
At the event of when a product is sold out, YAYOI has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. YAYOI shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense, and the customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes.

SECURITY POLICY

All transfers conducted through YAYOI are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days once payment has been approved. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched

MADE TO ORDER

Most of YAYOI pieces are made to order. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. We will keep you updated about the estimated shipping date.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include YAYOI packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. If you receive a faulty or damaged item it is eligible for exchange. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
To arrange a return, please email info@yayoi.eu including the following information: name, address, details of the product and the reason for the return. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. We will then advise accordingly as to how to handle the return.

REPAIRS

Repairs are free of charge for pieces purchased within 6 months. Pieces purchased more than 6 months are subject to a repair fee. Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
We will repair any jewelry design purchased through yayoi.eu. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of YAYOI jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care: after each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box.
